30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to support@eltstores.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipment: Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your RA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
    • If rejected, we will provide you with the reasons for rejection and return the item(s) to you.

Exclusions

Please note the following exclusions to our refund policy:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RA number).
